This website and the Fit After 40 Weekly Email are operated by Chris Parker – Fit After 40 ("I", "me", "my" or "we").

I only ask for information that is necessary to provide the email service.

I collect your information directly from you when you voluntarily subscribe through my website.

I use your first name and email address to:

  • Send you the three-email welcome sequence you receive after subscribing.

  • Send you the Fit After 40 Weekly Email each week.

  • Send you occasional information about my fitness services, programmes, products or other relevant offers, including the Fit After 40 Blueprint.

I will not use your information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or, where required, your consent.

Your name and email address are collected and stored using Wix.
 

Wix acts as a data processor for website visitor information processed on my behalf. Wix states that personal information may be processed and stored using its infrastructure and service providers, including outside the UK/EEA, with appropriate safeguards for applicable data protection requirements.
 

Wix also provides tools for handling data access and deletion requests.
 

7. How long I keep your information

I will keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the Fit After 40 Weekly Email, unless I no longer have a legitimate reason to retain the information.
